Meditation is a practice that we can all benefit from! This practice gives us a sense of calmness that positively influences our inner peace and balance. 🙏

Guided meditation is a holistic process in which a trained practitioner or instructor guided a practitioner should a practice that could help to relieve stress, anxiety, and fear via carefully orchestrated sessions. It may also be used to relieve built-up tension and ease or eliminate migraines and physical pain. These guided meditation sessions may comprise written, verbal, or audiovisual instructions, or may include a combination of all three to help individuals relax and achieve mental clarity.

At Vibrant Yoga, we offer meditation & yoga sessions for anxiety, migraine relief, and relaxation. Our yoga and meditation practices are extremely helpful for unifying the mind and body, and leave our clients feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
